The Kilted Coaches start off their week with Mindset Monday, a relaxed sprawl on the grass to reflect a bit, and exercise the mind and the soul. In this week’s chat, they talk about the importance of appreciating the small things in life and not needing more of everything to keep satisfying one’s self.
“Sometimes the nicest things in life are the most basic,” they explain. They suggest folks have a “period of famine” – not only from food but also from material things and technology – in order to keep the mind fresh and the senses alert.
Aside from the advice our favorite part of the clip is their shout-out to Towleroad and our readers for showing them support. Thanks guys!
